Manchester City bounced back from their Champions League quarter-final exit to Real Madrid with a 1-0 FA Cup semi-final victory against Chelsea at Wembley on Saturday, thanks to a late goal from Bernardo Silva.
The Portuguese midfielder struck in the 84th minute to send Pep Guardiola's side into the final, where they will face either Liverpool or Brighton.
Chelsea had their chances to win the game, but they were unable to find a way past City keeper Zack Steffen.
The Blues were also dealt a blow in the first half when Mason Mount was forced off with an injury.
Despite the defeat, Chelsea can still salvage their season by winning the Premier League or the Champions League.
